We guarantee your satisfaction. We are happy to work with you if you found something in your order, not to your liking. We will accept returns of all coin and collectable products as long as they have not been removed from their original packaging. On bullion items, all sales are final. We will, however, be more than happy to buy back bullion items at the current market price, at any time you wish to sell.
All returns must be given a return merchandise authorization number or RMA. Please call us to get an RMA before sending a return back. All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of your receipt of the product. All shipments sent without an RMA or postmarked after the receipt date will go to our offer desk and an offer to buy back will be made at the current market.
We recommend all returns be shipped back to us fully insured and with a tracking number. You accept all risk of loss and title on any item you ship to us until such time that we receive and sign for the package.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.
When calling to request an RMA, you must choose how you would like your refund to be processed. You can choose from two options:
1. A gift certificate in the full amount of your order excluding shipping cost. (No Restocking fee)
2. A refund via your original payment method. Credit Card orders can only be refunded to the card that was used to make the purchase. Any order made via mail will be refunded via check in 7-10 business days from receiving the return. Please be advised a 5% restocking fee will be assessed refunded orders.
