Q: Why should I buy from Infinity Coins?
A: We are a local company with a big reach. We buy enough product to get premium pricing. This allows us to offer you prices that you would normally only be able to get from the national coin and bullion companies.

Q: How do I know the coins I am getting are real?
A: We take every effort to verify everything that we sell. We only order bullion from reputable companies, and everything that we buy from the secondary market is thoroughly checked for authenticity. Anything that we have a question about we do not sell period!

Q: How do I know that the coins I bought are graded correctly?
A: Kevin has been in the business many years and has made this his full-time career. Because of that he has studied grading extensively. Kevin grades all coins based on ANA, PCGS, and NGC approved grading standards and his own experience. If there are problems on the coin such as cleaning or damage they will be listed on the coin and priced accordingly. Please keep in mind however that grading is subjective and mistakes do happen and opinions vary. If you are unhappy with a coin please return it. See our return policy for more info.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: Nope! We don't like getting jerked around any more than you do when it comes to price. The price you see is the price you will pay. No hassle, no bullshit.

Q: Do you take credit cards?
A: Yes, but we charge a 3% convenience fee on certain items. Primarily bullion items.

Q: Do you take checks?
A: Yes, we do. All check purchases are accepted at our sole discretion. All payments must be received within 5 days of order. We will hold the product for 10 business days for the funds to clear before shipping. Please call to confirm the check orders with us. 208-201-5007
