This small amulet features opposing lotus flowers carved into the face. The lotus in many cultures, especially the Egyptians believed the lotus to be a sign of rebirth and resurrection. It has also represented the chastity in unwed women and fertility in married women. Has been considered a good luck charm, warding off evil spirits while alive or dead.

There is some slight damage to the design. Has beautiful deep blue-green glazing.
