The New Zealand Mint's Disney Winnie the Pooh Collection comes to an end with a coin featuring Pooh and some of his friends from The Hundred Acre Wood. A heart-warming, full colour image shows bouncy Tigger leading the charge, with the trio of Eeyore, Pooh and Piglet behind. Naturally Pooh is holding a jar of his much-loved honey! This 1oz pure silver coin also comprises delicate silver engraving in the background to add to the overall design.
With a worldwide mintage of only 3,000, this limited-edition coin is legal tender in Niue. The obverse features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
The coin is protected by an acrylic display case - the magnetized cover allows access to this gorgeous coin. The themed outer box shows more delightful images of Winnie the Pooh and his gang, along with a map of the Hundred Acre Wood. A uniquely numbered Certificate of Authenticity is also placed inside the packaging.
