Non-Returnable Items: Please note that all sales of bullion items are final and cannot be returned. However, we are always happy to buy back bullion products from you at the current market price.

Return Condition: For all other returns, the item must be in its original packaging and not removed.

Return Shipping: To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend that you send your return back to us fully insured with a tracking number. You will be responsible for the shipping costs and any risk of loss or damage during transit.
Refund Options
We offer two options for your refund:

Gift Certificate: Receive a gift certificate in the full amount of your purchase, excluding shipping costs, with no restocking fee.

Original Payment Method Refund: Get a refund to your original payment method. For credit card orders, we can only refund the card that was used to make the purchase. Orders paid by check will be refunded by check within 7-10 business days from receiving the return. Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be assessed for all refunded orders.
